As neurotechnologies rapidly evolve, the Charter is designed to be dynamic and regularly updated.
Developed through collaboration between public and private sectors, the Charter incorporates feedback from a public consultation, engaging diverse stakeholders across Europe, including people with neurological conditions, health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and small businesses.
